Closest Thing to Subway's Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread
Ingredients
1 1/8 cups water, warmed to 80 degrees
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
Mix parmesan into flour.
Add ingredients in order suggested by your bread machine.
Make a well in the center and add yeast.
Bake on French setting, medium crust. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Zesty Italian Dressing Recipe

1 cup of the vinegar (any type is fine, whether ACV, wine vinegar, rice vinegar, etc...)
1 1/3 cup of olive oil or other oil (I usually do half olive oil, half cheaper oil)
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon honey, white sugar, or sucanat
1 tablespoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoons salt
Instructions
1. Pour ingredients into a glass jar or bottle with a cover. You may need to use a funnel, in which case pour the dry things in first before the liquids.
2. Cover and shake well.
3. Use, or refrigerate for up to 90 days.
4. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 3-1/3 cups of Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach rinsed and torn into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 green pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 english cucumber sliced
- 2 stocks of celery
Directions:
- In large bowl add lettuce and spinach strips after they have been rinsed and put into bite sized pieces.
- In medium bowl add together the green pepper strips, English cucumber, and the celery stocks. When finished take everything from medium bowl and pour in with lettuce and spinach. Toss with italian dressing.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 cups chicken broth
1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini (white) beans, drained
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 anchovy filet
1 head escarole, chopped
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until bubbling and sizzling, about 20 seconds. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced by half, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in red pepper flakes.
- Stir in beans; bring to a boil and cook until you can see the tops of the beans just below the surface of the liquid, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in oregano, lemon zest, and anchovy filet. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Place escarole in bean mixture; reduce heat to low and stir until escarole wilts, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with red pepper flakes and extra virgin olive oil.
