Lynn Crawford
Lynn Crawford is a Canadian chef who was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1964. She was trained at George Brown College in Toronto. She makes numerous appearances on the hit show Restaurant Makeover as well as some appearances on Iron Chef America, the third Canadian chef to do so. She lost to Chef Flay. In 2010 she debuted a Food Network Canada series called Pitchin’ In. She was an executive chef at the Four Seasons in Toronto and also New York. In 2010 she was nominated for a Gemini Award in the Best Host in a Lifestyle/Practical Information, or Performing Arts Program or Series category for the Pitchin' In shrimp episode.

Chef Michael Smith
Michael Smith is a Canadian chef and writer he is the host of numerous cooking shows that appear on the Food Network. Michael was born in New York City where he went to the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984. In 1991 he graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. He then worked in restaurants in London, South America and the Caribbean. He joined P.E.I’s now famous restaurant, The Inn at Bay Fortune in 1992 making it one of Canada’s top 10 restaurants. In 2002 Michael was presented the James Beard Award for “Best National Television Special”. He is an author of four cookbooks. In 2010 Michael competed on the Food Network show Iron Chef America he lost to chef Bobby Flay.

Cora Tsouflidou
Cora Tsouflidou was born in Caplan. In 1960 she enrolled at Montreal’s Cardinal Leger Institute. When Cora’s husband left her she bought a small canteen and tripled it’s value before selling it. After that she became a hostess at a well known Montreal restaurant becoming the day manager then general manager as well as a junior partner. In 1987 she bought an old snack bar in the Ville Saint-Laurent district of Montreal where she would soon become more successful than she’d ever dreamed. In 2003 Cora won the Governor General’s Award, and in 2004 was inducted into the Canadian Professional Sales Association’ Hall of Fame and in 2005 she received the Hall of Fame award from the Canadian Franchise Association. Cora also won the “Femmes d’Affaires du Quebec” award for Entrepreneur of the year, granted by the “Reseau des Femmes d’affaires du Quebec Inc.”

Mark McEwan
Mark McEwan is a celebrity chef from Toronto, he graduated from George Brown College in 1979 and in 1981 was hired as Sutton Place Hotel’s executive sous chef, being promoted to chef two years later. In 1990 he opened his first restaurant, North 44 and in 2007 opened ONE at the Hazelton Hotel, the only 5 star restaurant in Toronto. Mark had his first book published in 2011 entitles Great Food at Home. Mark has always been an ambassador for Second Harvest in Toronto, spreading the word about food rescue and hunger relief.
